Had my first session with Stuart and it was absolutely fantastic! 11 years with painful movement in my quadricep and he managed to break all my issues down in 60 minutes and make me feel like a new man! Honestly could not recommend him enough! Thank you Stuart!

Absolutely fantastic service. Used a few sports therapists over the years but found Stuart to be best I have used.

Stuart is very knowledgeable and has a kind and calm demeanour. After years of having problems with my knees and being sceptical that physio would help, I gave in and decided to give it a whirl. After my first set of exercises to try for 4 weeks, I found a noticeable difference. Not only does he have sports and physio knowledge, he also had knowledge of epilepsy and the medication I have to take. Which is super helpful and made me feel secure.

Stuart was excellent, really knows his stuff, really learned a lot and certainly put my mind at ease in regards to the injury I’d suffered. Shoulder is feeling better already. Would definitely recommend. 5* for a fellow Coventry fan too!

Always have a great experience with Stuart at Sports Therapy One. Stuart is incredibly knowledgable, explains everything brilliantly and has now helped me tackle a few different sports injuries and niggles.
