Cancellation Policy

Our aim is to provide a quality service to all our clients. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only us as providers, but our other clients  as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours notice prior to the appointment date and time. Cancelations after that time will forego any appointment deposit fee paid. When a person is injured or in pain, appointments are valuable. Therefore, your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment slot.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us via the contact form on the website, or telephone on 01926 504 101. If there is no answer, please leave a message stating you name, the appointment you wish to cancel and any alternative date or time you would like to reschedule. We will return your call as soon as possible to confirm any changes and advise accordingly.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we may charge a 100% missed appointment fee.
