Cancellation Policy

Our aim is to provide a quality reliable service  to all our clients. No-shows and late cancellations not only inconvenience us as providers, but other clients waiting for our services. Please be aware of our policy regarding cancellations and missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When a person is injured and in pain, appointments are valuable. Therefore, your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the appointment date and time. Cancellations later than 24 hours will charged at the full appointment rate.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us via the contact form on the website, or telephone us on Kenilworth – 01926 504 101 or Coventry 02475 224 303. If there is no answer, please leave a message stating your name, the appointment you wish to cancel and any alternative date or time you would like to reschedule. We will return your call as soon as possible to confirm any changes and advise accordingly.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without notifying us of the intent to cancel. In either case, to recover our costs a 100% fee of the service booked will be charged. Repeat late cancelations or no shows will be required to pay upfront via bank transfer for any future services offered by Sports Therapy One.

Our full contact details are on the website header and can also be found on our contact us page. As a local independent business, we appreciate your understanding.
